ABOUT JOYCE MASON

    

JOYCE MASON is an eclectic astrologer, writer, and metaphysician with a BA in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA). She has over 30 years' combined casework and astrological counseling experience. Her star studies began in 1980 and quickened in 1988 when she discovered Chiron. The missing link to understanding herself and the bigger cosmic picture, Chiron quickly became her passion and life's work. From 1992-95, she was editor and publisher of Chironicles, a quality international newsletter that grew into a mini-magazine on Chiron's continuing discovery. (Back issues and workshop tapes are still available—contact her.)  Joyce has been widely published in The Mountain Astrologer, Welcome to Planet Earth, The Ascendant and in numerous sources on-line. She has given workshops throughout the US and the world as hostess of the international Chironic Convergences near Mt. Pelion in Greece—Chiron's mythical homeland. Joyce is a certified flower essence practitioner whose gift as both a poet and astrologer is "playing the symbols"—finding meaning and connection where it seems to be lost. No where has this been more dramatic than in her own life where she has reconnected with all her lost loves, including birth mother and her first boyfriend—now her life partner.  Joyce and Tim live in Northern California with their fur family of three cats and one big, goofy dog.
